Item must be unused and in original packaging.
Must be returned within 2 days of delivery.
Refunds will not be processed for:
Custom-made prescription lenses
Damaged products due to misuse
Items returned without original packaging
2. Refund Process

After verification, we’ll initiate a pickup or request return via courier.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after receiving the product.
3. Exchange Policy
We offer size, style, or defect-based exchanges, subject to availability.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before shipping.
Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed. You may opt for a return instead.
